We aim to keep our terms as fair and as simple as possible, but please do contact us if there's anything you'd like us to clarify.

The information provided below is a summary of the key terms and conditions for your stay with 'Chichester Apartments'. You can also follow this link to access the full terms & conditions.

Rates


The prices quoted on our website are based on our standard published rates and are subject to a written and confirmed quotation. Please contact us directly by email, or telephoning 01243 945358 for a detailed quotation.

All prices are quoted in pound sterling and subject to change at any given time.

Prices are quoted on a per night basis, excluding VAT and subject to our general terms and conditions.

For the first 28 nights of any stay, VAT is charged at at 20%. For continuous stays longer than 28 nights, the VAT is reduced to the equivalent of 4%.

All bookings are subject to a minimum seven night stay.

Prices are only guaranteed once you have received confirmation of your booking. Confirmed bookings will not increase in price, unless you alter the booking.

Should you need to alter the booking or extend your stay once confirmed, we cannot guarantee any extension, which is subject to availability of the property. An alternative apartment may be offered if the property has been booked for all or part of the required extension period.

The price quoted depends on the length of your stay. If your stay subsequently reduces in length, we reserve the right to change your booking to reflect these changes and you may be required to pay the difference in rates, re-calculated from the start of your stay.

Please note there's an additional 2% charge (+ VAT) for payments made by credit card.

What's Included


The prices quoted and confirmed are for the use of the accommodation quoted and include:

* the supply of all utilities including water, electricity, gas
* payments in respect of Council Tax
* television licence fee
* telephone line rental and any calls made covered by the package included in your rate (if applicable)
* unlimited broadband internet connection
* weekly housekeeping service (including general cleaning, changing of linen and towels, making of beds, restocking of toilet rolls and hand soaps);
* routine maintenance, e.g. light bulb changes
* welcome pack upon arrival (one-off), household pack (one off)
* toiletries on arrival
* NOW TV box with Sky Movies and Entertainment package
* Allocated off street parking space for one vehicle

The price quoted and confirmed for the property does not include:

* telephone call charges outside of any calls package included in your rate or
* the provision of food or beverages, other than the initial complimentary welcome pack provided on check-in.

Payment


Payment terms vary according to the type of booking (private or corporate), and length of stay. A summary of our cancellation policy is outlined in the table below, but please follow this link for full details of our payment terms.

You can pay for both your stay using:

* online banking (BACS details provided on request)
* debit or credit card (except Amex) (Please note there will be an additional 2% charge + VAT for credit card payments)

For Corporate bookings, we are happy to issue invoices to your Finance Department. Payment must be made within 14 days of receipt of invoice. For longer stays, we request advance payment in four week "blocks", rather than the total amount up front.

Arrival and Departure Times


Check in is from 2pm, check out is by 10 am.

Self-check in, with the option of accompanied orientation if requested. Please note that the self check in facility is not available at our Stocklund House apartment.

Check in arrangements for specific apartments are sent with our confirmation of booking letter.


Cancellation Policy


In our experience, cancellations are very rare. However, life can be very unpredictable, so to avoid potential future embarrassment, we want to make sure you're clear about our cancellation policy before you make your booking. Non-arrivals will be treated as a cancellation and will be subject to a 100% cancellation charge.

Damages


We know that accidents happen, and will be generous and understanding if such a situation arises. However, if your actions or choices lead to significant damage / spoilage to the property or its contents, we will ask you to take responsibility and contribute towards repairs or replacement.

We reserve the right to charge for any damages caused by the Guest at the Property, including but not limited to breakages, loss of business as a result of the damages or repair costs for damage to the property or any of its contents, any cleaning / specialist treatment charges where more than routine cleaning is needed, or when smoking has occurred in the apartment, replacement of lost keys, electronic fobs or car park passes, attending to a Guest lock-out where the fault lies with the Guest or where we’ve incurred financial loss because the Property cannot be immediately available for the next guest stay due to damage or interruption caused by the Guest.

Parking


Stocklund House , all Chapel Street apartments and Taylors Copse benefit from their own, dedicated, off-street parking space for one vehicle per property. Please contact us if you need to bring more than one vehicle, and we will do all we can to direct you to additional spaces in the area.

Children


Whilst we don't have a hard and fast rule on younger guests at Chichester Apartments, we do have to consider your family's needs and whether they can be met by the accommodation available - please give us a call on 01243 945358 to discuss your requirements.
