Taylors Copse: About


Taylors Copse is a delightful, two bedroom house with both allocated off-street parking for one vehicle and its own private garden. It's located within a five minute drive of the City Centre, in a brand new development between Chichester and Fishbourne, with easy access routes to the A27 and walking distance of Fishbourne rail station. This really is a lovely place to stay - quiet, spacious, beautifully styled, and so comfortable you won't want to leave!

The master bedroom features a king sized (5 ft) bed with a supremely comfortable pocket sprung mattress, and benefits from an ensuite shower room. The second bedroom also features a king sized (5ft) bed, again with a fabulous mattress. Both bedrooms are decorated in calming neutral shades, with feature artwork using Cole and Son designs.

In addition to the ensuite shower room, the property also offers a separate bathroom on the first floor, and additional cloakroom on the ground floor.

There is a delightful living / dining room, and all the benefits of a separate, fully equipped modern kitchen, including a washer dryer, iron and ironing board. The house is equipped with a 36” Sony TV with Freeview and Now TV (Sky Movies package included). Free designated wireless internet access is also provided.

Before booking to stay at any of our apartments, please check that the accommodation meets your access needs.

The fire alarm system at all Chichester Apartments operates using an audible alert system. Unfortunately this means that we cannot accommodate unaccompanied guests with severe hearing difficulties, as there is no safe way to warn you of danger in the event of fire.

Entrance located at street level. There are entrances at the front and back of the building, which is accessed via a communal alley.

Parking for one vehicle is provided in the bay marked number 4 at the front of the property.

This property is a two bedroom house, with the living and dining room, separate kitchen, separate cloakroom and access to the garden on the ground floor. Both bedrooms (one with en-suite), and the main bathroom are located on the first floor.

Please note that access to the first floor is via a staircase with 15 steps. There are bars and a handrail on the left hand side (when ascending).

The stairs are illuminated by hallway lighting, which can be activated from both the ground and first floors.

In the bathroom, there is a bath with shower over. You will need to be able to enter the bath in order to take a shower. The ensuite bathroom features a shower with a lip of approximately 6cm height.
