Chapel Street Apartment 3 : About

A modern, two bedroom, ground floor apartment located in the heart of Chichester – within a ten second walk of the cathedral. This is a brand new apartment, decorated in a contemporary style and equipped to an extremely high standard. The apartment also benefits from an allocated off street parking space.

The larger bedroom features a king sized bed with a supremely comfortable pocket sprung mattress. The second bedroom features a double (4 foot 6) bed with the same high quality mattress.

There is a delightful, spacious, open plan living / kitchen / dining room. The apartment is equipped with a 36” Samsung TV with Freeview and Now TV (Sky Movies package included). Free designated wireless internet access is also provided. The modern bathroom includes a bath with overhead shower.

The property is located in the heart of the city centre, so you will hear the bells of the cathedral. Aside from that, the apartment is surprisingly quiet!

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with cooking facilities, and includes a dishwasher, large fridge freezer and washing machine, as well as an iron and ironing board.

Chapel Street Apartment 3 : Access Considerations

Before booking to stay at any of our apartments, please check that the accommodation meets your access needs.

The fire alarm system at all Chichester Apartments operates using an audible alert system. Unfortunately this means that we cannot accommodate unaccompanied guests with severe hearing difficulties, as there is no safe way to warn you of danger in the event of fire.

Entrance to the building is located at street level. The apartment is located on the ground floor of the building.

Parking for one vehicle is provided in the bay marked number 3 at the rear of the property.

The apartment is a two bedroom flat, with the bedroom, bathroom and living area on one floor. There are no internal steps or changes of level.

The communal corridors are are illuminated by hallway lighting, activated by push buttons on the ground floor - both inside the main front door and outside the entrance to your apartment.

In the bathroom, there is a bath with shower over. You will need to be able to enter the bath in order to take a shower.
